The Dead Live On
I had the good fortune of getting a ticket to last night’s Dead reunion (w/Allman Brothers opening) at Penn State. The scene was electric (and hazy) inside the arena as remaining Grateful Dead members Phil Lesh, Bob Weir, Mickey Hart and Bobby Kreutzmann played a two and a half hour set for the crowd, which included some sing-along favorites like Franklin’s Tower, Truckin’ and Touch of Grey.
